There is a vibrant Plastic Industry existing in Noida churning out a number of products from as small as a hair comb to plastic parts for the aviation industry.

Seeing the number of plastic units seeking relocation in Noida , the UP Government has recently announced the establishment of a plastics city in Greater Noida. Uttar Pradesh (the state of which Noida is a part ,is flush with basic raw material inputs required for the plastics industry).

Noida Authority too is welcoming the plastic units with open arm although units engaged in reprocessing of plastics are banned in Noida.

There is a huge demand for plastic products like the Cabinets for various Electronic & Electrical goods, Plastic parts for Auto industry, various kinds of plastic containers, plastic items for household consumption etc.

Thus one can look at the possibility of  venturing into the plastic industry (only if the capital outlay that the industry demands can be met).
