Conference Rates

We can accommodate 20-70 delegates for conferences or seminars. We are well equipped to hold such meets and have all the amenities required for such occasions.

For any special /big groups/function like marriage/ parties the rates are negotiable . We are fully prepared to make all arrangements for large gatherings. Special volume discounts are available for making bulk bookings on annual contract basis.

We can organize conducted tours as per specific requirements covering NEW DELHI/ KURUKSHETRA / CHANDIGARH / SHIMLA / MANALI / LEH / DHARAMSHALA/ DALHOUSIE / CHAMBA / KATRA/ AMRITSAR by Super Deluxe (A/C & Non A/C ) 2X2 Buses from New Delhi. We have tie-ups with similar standard hotels at all these locations . Transport option by Commercial taxies (Omni/ Indica/ Esteem /Sumo/Qualis) is also available on one way / return and Per Passenger basis also. Details will be made available on request.

Terms and Conditions

1) Please send all your payments in favour of M/S ICC Holdings payable at Manali/Delhi

2) All packages are extendable on Pro-rata basis at the time of reservation or subject to availability . No refunds for short stay and unavailed facilities. Any cancellations or change in date must be intimated 15 days in advance otherwise retention charges will be levied as per rules.

3) 3 Nights/ 4 days includes 3 Breakfast, 3 Lunches or Dinner in MAP Plan and 3Breakfast 3 Lunch and 3 Dinner in AP Plan.

4) All packages otherwise specified are inclusive of all currently applicable taxes. (i.e. 10% Himachal govt Luxury Tax on room rent and 8% sales Tax on Food & Beverages only) any other Tax if levied will be chargeable to the guest .
