Sector-9

Sector-9 is called the Building Material market of Noida . Here one can find all kind and types of  Building Materials. No doubt with the scale of construction activity going on in Noida the dealers here are doing a roaring business. Sector-9 in fact was a industrial area , still many plots are industrial by nature but many on the main road and main interior roads have converted themselves to commercial establishments. The rates for the area vary from Rs 12/- to Rs 20/- per sqft per month depending upon the location and usability of the space. Land rates again vary from Rs 8000/- to Rs 10000/- per sqmts depending upon the location and usability of the plot.    

Sector-15

Sector-15 boasts of the Gulmohar Shopping Complex developed by Noida authority. although no major commercial establishment is located in this sector except the delicious Sagar Ratna restaurent, still the complex offers much needed respite from the Nayabans Market nearby and serves as a Commercial Buffer to the Highly visible Nirulas located just across the road in sector-2.

Rates here are in the region of Rs 25/- to Rs 35/- per sqft per month as far as rental goes and the capital value of the sector is anybody's guess as the number of sale purchase deals are very few here. 

Sector-16

Sector-16 is also a Industrial Area , the commercial space in this sector is popularly known as the Auto Market ( In fact Noida Authority had allotted this space with an intention to develop a Auto Market here) . So one can find all kind of shops dealing with repair and upgradation of all kinds of cars here. Still many of the shops especially on the main road ( the main Dadri road) have converted themselves to hotels, guest houses and even Office spaces. the rental here are roughly Rs 35/- to Rs 45/- per sqft per month. The capital value of Auto Market shops vary from Rs 20000/- to Rs 30000/- per sqmts.
