Sector-27 ( Atta Market)

Sector-27 one of the oldest sector is house to the famous Atta Market. ( Atta Market is part of the Atta Village which is a part of Sector-27). One can buy any kind and every kind of articles from this market and that too at any price (i.e. from the lowest to the highest). Atta market house all types of showrooms from the very upmarket in the Sunheri Market to the pavement vendors, one can see all the shades of market place and its peculiarities here.

Atta Market does not have any shop allotted by the Noida Authority and hence the market is in control of the native  of the Atta Village. Hence it will be dangerous to hazard a guess about the rental and the capital value of the shops ( mostly shops are rented out on the Pagri system).

Whatever may be the upkeep and maintenance of Atta in comparison to the posh Sector-18 but Atta still is the most sought after destination for the Noida Shoppers.

Sab Shopping Mall ( Sector 27)

This shopping mall designed by the famous Hafeez Contractor is a finally open for business, the Sky Top Restaurant is poised to be the hangout place for the Noidas elite . The under ground parking and the shuttle lifts and not to mention the glass facade makes ( and the capital value too) places it in an enviable position.  

Sector-29

Sector-29 has two proper and popular markets which are totally recognized and notified by the Noida Authority.

1) Brahmaputra Shopping Complex

Brahmaputra shopping complex houses the Noida railway reservation center and a host of shops that deal with all the articles of daily consumption for the nearby sector of 28,29 ,30 and 37.The complex has rentals varying from Rs 20/- to Rs 30/- per sqft per month , while the capital value ranges from Rs 15000/- to Rs 20000/- per sqmts.

2) Ganga Shopping Complex 

Ganga Shopping complex was promoted as Noida Authority as the prime commercial area of Noida before the Sector-18 market was promoted but the location of the market and the fact that it was totally designed developed and build by Noida Authority has resulted in the market being no where near the status of the prime market of Noida.

Still the complex  houses a number of software companies including the STP( Software technology Park) . It is due to the presence of these software companies that the complex has a number of computer hardware retailing shops.   

Still the rentals and the capital value of the shops are comparative to those of  Brahmaputra shopping complex .
