Sector-21

This is a Flat Sector ( Part of the JAL VAYU VIHAR) 

Sector-22

This sector is one of the oldest sectors in Noida, lying adjacent to the Chaura Ragunathpur Chowk popularly known as the 12-22 Chowk. The sector is bang opposite the Noida Stadium and very near to the proposed commercial area of Sector 25-A ( hence one can be bullish on the sector in the long term) however its proximity to the village is a drag on the capital value of the sector.

The rentals in this sector vary from Rs 6/- to Rs 9/- per sqft per month whereas the capital value vary from Rs 21000/- to Rs 26000/- per sqmts.    

Sector-23

A fast developing sector on the trunk road , the sector houses a number of Govt institutes like the FDDI , NFL etc. Sector also have flats of many housing societies. It is also adjacent to the Noida city Forest and hence have a enviable location.

The capital value in the sector hovers around Rs 21000/- to Rs 23000/- per sqmts.

Sector-25

This is a Flat Sector ( Part of the JAL VAYU VIHAR) 

Sector-26

One of the oldest sectors in Noida , has a very good central location , fully developed with excellent infrastructure. Has plots of all sizes and locations. Sector 26 houses the newly constructed Jaipuria Plaza and many important establishments. The famous Kalibari is also located in Sector-26.The "Eye Care Hospital" is also located in this sector.The plots on the main road dividing sector 26 & 27 command a high rates due to its commercial utility.This sector also boasts of a club which is a favourite getaway for the city socialites and also for its "rain dance" in summers. 

The rentals in the sector hover around Rs 10/- per sqft per month whereas the capital value of the plots hover around Rs 27000/- to Rs 31000/- per sqmts.

Sector-27

One of the most important and oldest sector of Noida , Sector-27 houses the DM House and the Noida Authority Employees Colony. The sector also houses the famous Kailash Hospital and of course the ever bustling Atta  and the handy Indira Market are  also a part of this sector. One can find plots of all sizes in this Sector. The sector is fully developed and has a good infrastructure .

The rentals in this sector hover around Rs 10/- to Rs 12/- per sqft per month while the capital value of the plots range from Rs 30000/- to Rs 35000/- per sqmts.

Sector-28

This is a Flat Sector ( Part of the ARUN VIHAR) 

Sector-29

This is a Flat Sector ( Part of the ARUN VIHAR) 

Sector-30

The sector is famous for the DPS ( Delhi Public School) which is located here, and also for the many beautiful kindergartens that the sector houses. The sector also houses the much talked about Noida Medicare. The sector is fully developed , with good infrastructure and of course very well maintained and kept. The houses on the road dividing sector 30 and 29 are worth having a look.

Sector commands a high capital value in comparison to Sector 26 and 27 , here the capital value hovers around Rs 30000/- to Rs 35000/- per sqmts.
